GoBuyside.com is a social networking website for career development in the financial sector. Contact Data and Questionnaire Data is used to generate public profiles for our users which can be searched and seen by other users. The Site allows users to control the visibility and search-ability of Contact Data and Questionnaire Data. Your profile shall not include your Financial Data, however you agree to allow other GoBuyside.com users to contact you via the internal Site messaging service depending on your settings. By answering Questionnaire Data, you agree to allow us to make such information available to other members of the Site in accordance with your settings. If you post information on any of our chat groups, message boards or forums (if available), such information you provide may be available to other members of the Site and other Site visitors, this shall include any Questionnaire Data that has been incorporated into your public user profile and listing. You should use caution when deciding to disclose your personal information in these venues as we do not control who may participate in these interactive forums.

Third Party Advertising Partnerships

We have established advertising partnerships with third-party vendors who seek to leverage GoBuyside’s platform to sell their products and services. These third-party vendors receive Contact Data in certain instances as part of their contractual relationships with us. You grant GoBuyside.com a worldwide, royaltyfree, nonexclusive, and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, publish and translate any information inputted onto the platform for the purposes of enhancing our partnership and advertising relationships.

Confidentiality and Security of Contact Information

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your Personally Identifiable Information with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary (as determined in our sole discretion) to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect the rights, property, and/or safety of GoBuyside.com, GoBuyside LLC, or any third party; or (c) enforce the Terms of Use.
